At Akvi Fragrances, we take pride in our 100% alcohol‑free roll‑on perfumes, personalized engraving, and hand‑crafted wooden bottles. Most of our products are custom-created, and the fragrance oils are hygienic and long‑lasting. To uphold quality and hygiene standards, please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Only items received damaged, defective, or mis-shipped are eligible.
- Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Returned products must remain unused, sealed, and in original packaging, including all bottle engravings and accessories.
- Custom‑engraved products, trial sizes, or personalized scents are not eligible unless faulty or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Claim
If your order qualifies for a return:
- Email us at support@akvifragrances.com or message on WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing damage, leakage, or error
- Description of the issue
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Ship the item securely, using a trackable courier service. Akvi Fragrances is not liable for return shipping charges unless we made an error.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll approve your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- If return shipping cost or courier COD charges were incurred, they may be deducted from the refund, unless the return was due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. You may:
- Return the eligible item (per above steps) and receive a refund.
- Place a new order separately if you wish to reorder or select a different fragrance.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
- After dispatch, cancellations are not possible. If you refuse the delivery, return shipping charges and gateway charges may apply.
- Cancellation refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source (minus any gateway fees, ~2.5%).
6. Bulk Orders & Special Requests
For bulk gifting or custom engraving orders:
- Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error or mis-engraving.
- Please review your custom input carefully before placing the order.
- If an error occurs, contact us immediately with proof (photo/video) for us to correct or refund promptly.
7. Damages During Transit or Wrong Item Received
- Please inspect your package upon arrival and record an unboxing video if possible.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Do not accept the parcel from delivery partner.
- Contact us within 3 days with proof.
- We will arrange replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
