Apply directly to pulse points such as the wrists, behind the ears, the neck, and inside the elbows. Start with 2 to 3 applications and adjust based on your preference.

Yes. Because we use pure carrier oil with no alcohol, synthetic compounds, or parabens, our fragrances are generally gentler than conventional perfumes. If you have extreme fragrance allergies, test on a small area first.

Yes, engraving is included on every AKVI order with no minimum order value and no additional charge.

Up to 20 characters including spaces. That is enough for names, initials, short phrases, or a date.

Yes, shipping is free on all orders across India with no minimum order value required. We currently ship within India only.

Standard orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Engraved orders may need one extra day.

We currently offer standard shipping only. For urgent orders, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to prioritize dispatch.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange pickup and a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Engraved bottles cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our side. If the engraving is incorrect because of our mistake, we will replace it at no cost.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned product, and the amount is credited to the original payment method.
